According to the work arrangement of the State Grid Corporation of China, the State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Co., Ltd. organized the verification of the qualification and ability information of the supplier of 

the 10kV column circuit breaker in 2022, and the relevant information of the supplier is now publicized.

1. Publicity period

From May 18 to May 20, 2022, the publicity period is 3 days

2. Complaints and Handling

(1) The method of submitting complaints

If the supplier or other interested parties have any objection or complaint, they must submit it in writing during the publicity period, and shall send the objection or complaint letter to the following receiving agency 

by fax, and then submit the original objection or complaint letter (signed by the authorized representative and stamped with the official seal) and the corresponding supporting materials to the receiving agency by 

on-site or mail.

(3) Circumstances in which the complaint is not accepted

1. The complaint is not specific, and no effective clues are provided, which is difficult to verify;

2. The complaint letter does not contain the complainant's real name, signature and valid contact information; or complaining in the name of a legal person, and the complaint letter is not signed by the legal 

representative and affixed with the official seal;

3. The publicity period is exceeded (subject to the date of receipt of the complaint letter);

4. A decision has already been made and the complainant has not provided new supporting materials;

5. Involving the trade secrets of other suppliers, but failing to explain the authenticity of the content and the legitimacy of the source.

(4) Punishment for malicious complaints

After verification, if it is found that the objection or complaint raised by the complainant has malicious behavior of false accusation or intentional disruption of order, causing losses to others, it will be dealt with in accordance 

with the relevant provisions of the State Grid Corporation of China on the handling of bad behavior of suppliers.
