In order to promote the school-enterprise co-construction and education project, deepen the development of school-enterprise cooperation projects. At the beginning of July, 21 outstanding students from the 2101 class 

of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Central South University, with a thirst for knowledge and enthusiasm for practice, started a three-week internship and training life in our company, and deeply participated in the 

company's various projects and businesses.

The training is carried out in an all-round mode of "theoretical learning + rotation practice + examination consolidation", and targeted and systematic internship training is carried out according to the characteristics and 

development direction of each student. This not only deepened the students' understanding of the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, but also improved their professional skills and professionalism, and their 

arrival marked a solid step in the field of school-enterprise cooperation of Yungo Technology.

At the beginning of the training, Yungo Technology carefully arranged a series of theoretical courses to lay a solid professional foundation for students. Through vivid case analysis and strict explanation of safety 

standards, the safety production training enhances students' safety awareness and self-protection ability. Subsequently, courses such as the introduction of distribution network products, distribution architecture 

and distribution products gave students a comprehensive understanding of the cutting-edge technologies of the power industry. In particular, the composition and principle explanation of the complete set of column 

switches and complete sets of switch cabinets, combined with physical models and animation demonstrations, make the complex technical principles intuitive and easy to understand, and stimulate the students' 

interest in learning.

In the second week, the students started the rotation and practical operation stage, and went deep into the core departments of Yungo Technology, such as the R&D department, testing department, product department, 

purchasing department, finance department and production department. In the R&D department, they witnessed the birth process from idea to product. The testing department let them experience the rigor of product 

performance verification. The product department taught them the importance of market demand analysis and product planning. The rotation of the purchasing department and the production department gave the students 

an intuitive feeling of the operation of the supply chain and production management. The experience of the finance department gave them a preliminary understanding of cost control and financial management. This not 

only broadened the students' horizons, but also made them feel the diversity and challenges of the workplace in practice.

At the end of the training, Yungo Technology organized a series of assessments. These exams not only test students' learning outcomes, but also promote the consolidation and deepening of their knowledge. After 

passing the exams, the students said that they had made significant progress in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and that they were confident in their future careers.

The cooperation between the School of Mechanical Engineering of Central South University and Yungo Technology not only provides a valuable platform for students to transform theoretical knowledge into practical
